IP & Spin-Out Workshop
May 2013/2014

Many thanks to alumni Dr Adrian Bradley and Nicholas Bennet, Cleveland IP, and ISIS Innovation for hosting these fantastic events.

An interactive session designed by alumnus Dr Adrian Bradley to introduce commercialization and IP, and encourage young researchers to get involved in this area and increase the impact of their work.

Feedback:

All the attendees rated the event as ‘excellent’ ‘very good’, and 66% percent of the researchers also said that attending the workshop increased the likelihood that they would attempt to commercialize their research.

  • I had a really great afternoon and hopefully learnt a lot about IP and commercialization. Thanks!
  • Keep the same structure, but change the content so I can go to it again.
  • Program was very well organized and I'd run the same thing again next year keeping the IP game which I found to be most useful as I learnt the most talking during the game to teammates, lawyers and ISIS.
  • Absolutely brilliant!
